I'm better with Photoshop then Paint. Besides, I put the image into Photoshop, minimized it and created a black background and painted it black... Edited the sizes of both, put the picture in the background then added text.... It sounds easy but took A LONG time to do. Because I tryed like 20 other things. And failed. So yea.
