You'll start out as a {PRT} for a test period, which can last a while

Don't even recall why he was initially banned, other than the fact that he's a paranoid delusional (my unprofessional diagnosis, not sure he has that as an excuse). Anyway, he harassed our members for quite awhile after that. Threatened to sue over discrimination, slander, libel (don't think he actually understood what any of them mean). Basically he was convinced that we did nothing but badmouth him over here, and since we wouldn't let him log in to view it or defend himself, he was going to take us to court. I had a slightly amusing 2-week email correspondence that basically amounted to "My lawyer says he's ready to file suit against you!" "Here's my number, have him call me" "I'm about to sue you!" "Here's my number .... " Got sick of that fast, flagged him spam and haven't heard from since.

Lesson.. Don't feed the trolls. If that is Thomas on Youtube, best to just block/ignore him. He'll get bored eventually.
