Instead of creating a million topics (Not really but keeping it somewhat organized.) If you just watched a movie in your home, this is just a general thread to either review it, rate it, or just say it was cool. For movies in theaters, you can just post it's own thread because i'm sure it will get multiple responses anyway. (Easier than looking through this thread for criticism on new movies.)

Last night I watched Chasing Amy for the hundredth time, so good. Kevin Smith is the man, I love all his work and even through (what some would call) the immaturest of comedy, he still writes a damn good story and usually leaves you with a simple life message that is obvious but now you see it so much more clear.

Chasing Amy is def one of my favorite askewniverse flicks. Been working my way through the Evening With Kevin Smith flicks the past few nights, awesome stuff. They're films of his college speaking appearances, in case you've missed them.

Also watching Veronica Mars. Never paid it any attention before, but it was recommended in lotsa places. When Smith mentioned awhile back on Twitter that it was the best bit of american TV ever produced I figured it was worth checking out. Two eps in, it's pretty good so far. Lots of potential. Like a private eye version of Buffy.

Yeah, Saib. I've watched all of Kevin's films and the Evening's

His Evenings with.. films are basically stand up comedy, he's hilarious and it's just enjoyable to hear what he has to say about stuff. My favorite story he tells is how he met his wife and when he was brought in to write a script for a new superman movie, and how the director wanted a giant spider and he later directed Wild Wild West and there was a giant *Butt* robot spider in it.

PLUS: I love how long they are, the first one is like 4 hours or somethin'

Most recent film I watched was Requiem For A Dream. I swear no matter how often you see it it's the most depressing thing ever.

Legion wasn't that cool, the ending was really lame. We laughed throughout most of the movie.

Avatar is awesome, I wanna see it in 3D. But if I did, I would of watched it 3 times. I watched Pandorum last night with my friend Cederich. He said it was supposed to be scary, but it really wasn't. Suspenceful at most, otherwise it seemed like a Action movie.

Another overhyped expensive film. How about this: spend the millions of dollars on people that need the money. There are so many people in the world with hardly anything, we will survive without a sequel...*rage*

I enjoyed them. Some were pretty cheesy and lame though. But still good! haha

Well I could see Humans returning and considering the attack on the company an act of War and War ensuing and that movie not ending in the natives favor.

Dunno, but I could see that as a realistic storyline movie.

I saw that last night. Was a great movie, but the trailers made it seem like a horror movie but it isn't. It's more of a action movie. Either way I suggest watching it..
