Not sure it's available in stores much any more (might be but I'm not sure). Best bet is play.com or Amazon.
For the UK it's 7.75 from Play.com and 11.41 from Amazon (pounds).

Nah, was all new except for the HDD which they just transplanted (the easiest thing to do along with replacing RAM). So my OS is the same.

I got lag today online but that was because I'm using wireless and two of my housemates were downloading stuff.

And Mojo you should wear your tags when you're online because if they see just two people of the same clan on a server, they will get the impression that it is a big clan. If they see both of them owning, then they are far more likely to want to join.
