Duties and Responsibilities for all {PR} Members and Recruits
Recruits:
Recruits will be eligible for membership 30 days after posting for membership. Recruits must receive 75% yes votes with a minimum of 15 total votes, and the vote is to run for 7 days. This is why it is important for new recruits to be active and on TeamSpeak. If a vote is not successful, 2 weeks must pass before another vote can be posted. Proper tags must be worn when on our servers at all times. Do not post anything that could be deemed illegal. Post no links or encourage others to do things that are illegal or dangerous. Inappropriate or offensive tags are subject to kick or ban.
Members:
Respect others - This clan was formed on the belief of being respectful to all, regardless of them being a guest or a member. Do not post anything that could be deemed illegal. Post no links or encourage others to do things that are illegal or dangerous. Remember to try to be respectful in dealing with others, both in our servers and on other servers. You are representing {PR} by your actions.
Members must wear their proper tags when in our servers. Inappropriate or offensive tags are subject to kick or ban.
Members vote in new members – You are responsible to help keep this clan alive and functioning by voting in new members who are beneficial to the clan and have a clear understanding of the clan rules. New members must receive 75% yes votes with a minimum of 15 total votes, and the vote is to run for 7 days.
If you have a problem with another member, please try to settle it between the two of you first. Do not post any complaints about others. This only creates poor feelings between members and it divides us. If a problem cannot be resolved, bring it to an Admins attention and we will discuss it between the parties involved.

Admins:

Problem Resolution – Try to mediate problems between members as necessary. Post in “Admin Section” any problems that you need help with.
Remember to kick first, ban if necessary. Remember always that we are to have fun too, but not here to take abuse or disrespect from others.
Admins may ban a person for up to a week with notification to the Senior Admins.
Anyone being banned must be posted in the “Penalty Box” section by the banning Admin with the reason for the ban. No exceptions. Senior Admins will review and may modify or remove ban, but will also post as to reason.
Senior Admins:

Senior Admins vote in new Senior Admins – New Senior Admins must be voted in by a 75% yes vote, and the vote is to run for 7 days.
Problem Resolution – The buck stops here. We will make the tough decisions if there are problems that the others can’t fix.
Banning - The Senior Admins will discuss the situation with the offending member and decide on whether or not it will be permanent or a custom banning is created (note: this means length of ban). The ban will include all forms of PR communication, for example: Forums, TeamSpeak, and Game Servers. It is difficult to ban a person from xfire without all membership participating. Once the Senior Admins have decided on the punishment it will be passed on to the Admins and from there passed down to the membership. The information to be passed to the membership will only be posted in the “Members Only” forum. Non-members banned by Admins will be reviewed by Senior Admins and may be lifted only after discussion. All bans must be reviewed and punishment posted within 7 days.

Rules
REASONS WHY YOU WILL GET KICKED OR BANNED
(All {PR} Servers and TeamSpeak)
1. Team Killing (a.k.a. TK'ing) - Don't be stupid, if we catch you doing this or attempting this repeatedly, you will be gone. This is team play. We know that there are accidents, but don't make them a habit.
2. Spawn Killing - If you are standing at the other team's base and killing them as they re-spawn, that is spawn killing, and is NOT allowed.
3. High Ping - If your ping is too high, you will be asked to leave or you will be kicked. We apologize, but you are lagging the game for all of us. If you are using high-speed internet, please make sure you have no other programs running and close any downloads.
4. AFK (Away from Keyboard) – If you are away from the game play for more than 5 minutes you will be kicked off the server. If this occurs, please take care of whatever it is you are doing and you are welcome to come back and play.
5. No eating bananas in the nude. That is just gross.
6. {PR} or =[PR]= Tag – If you are NOT a member of PR and you enter our servers with the {PR} tag on your name you will quickly be banned. If you wish to join, please see the recruiting section of our forum.
7. If you are caught behaving like an A**HOLE…. BYE-BYE!!!
8. Swearing - We understand everyone curses but be sensible. Do not make uncalled for remarks to other players or any {PR} Member. You will be out quicker than you came in. We do not tolerate racial slurs or name calling. Sexual remarks will not be allowed and you WILL be banned! Anybody can be an internet hotshot. OMG…Get a life! Not cool or funny!
9. Respect others - This clan was formed on the belief of being respectful to all, regardless of them being a guest or a member. If you can’t show respect, you don’t deserve it in return. Goodbye.
10. Please don't stand to close to the microwave while making Popcorn, it might hurt your head and you won't be able to play. If you are making Popcorn, please do share!
11. Complaining - Don't sit there and b**ch and moan about stuff going on or what other players are doing. That is annoying. Look for a {PR} member and let them know of the situation. Then DROP IT! After you have reported it to them, it is then their responsibility to help resolve the problem.
12. Non-members may be kicked to make room for a {PR} member.
13: Hacking / cheating / creating an unfair advantage of any kind will not be tolerated. Members caught will be banned. Modded maps we use are available to all. If you ask, we will help you with mods.
14: Offensive or Pornographic sprays or Tags are not acceptable under any circumstances.
TeamSpeak Specific Rules
You will need a microphone and headphones. If you have a microphone and no headphones, set it for push to talk. You will be echoing for all other players on the server. If not, you be asked to leave or will be kicked from the server. Please follow these simple rules while inside the server. You can download Teamspeak at our Downloads page.
1. Please be sensitive to the other players on the server. Be careful of what you say and don't make racial remarks or be disrespectful.
2. Please do not lurk around in the channel of the opposite team to try to figure out what they're doing. So just play fair and save us the trouble of having to ban you.
3. If you join a channel, it was your decision. Don’t ask others who were there first to change for you. Also, don’t be a pain to the others in the channel (See Rule #7 and Rule #9 above). Be responsible for your own actions.
4. Try not to monopolize the channel. God gave you 2 ears and 1 mouth so you would listen twice as much as you talk.
Halo Specific Rules
1. No wall hacking during game play (Danger Canyon). Do not go outside the boundaries of the map (Death Island). Do not get on top of the map (Sidewinder).
2. Limit your camping of the opposing team's base to 5 - 10 seconds. If you are caught there for more than 15 seconds, you will get ONE warning and then be gone! Do not sit there and spawn kill either. However, you may defend your base, using up to 2 defending players. Remember, this is Capture the Flag, So Go Get It!
3. No camping the teleports. If you're sitting there waiting for other players to come through the portal, you are tele-camping. In Sidewinder, if you see an enemy coming threw the tele from other side, you can ambush him, but keep moving. If your teammate has the flag and has come through the tele, you may give him/her time to escape but you keep moving also. You can cover teammate on the move.
4. No camping. If you are sitting in 1 spot and waiting for your enemies to come by and kill them, you are camping. Show you have skill and move! Timberland: Do not sit there from across the map and shoot at the other team's base the whole game. That is camping. No nade camping. Snipers: If the map has snipers, you may sit and snipe. However, snipers do move from spot-to-spot. So try and keep moving around.
5. No vehicles in tunnels, in base or on top of flags. Don't put a tank on the flag. That is weak! DO NOT bring Hogs and Ghost in tunnels and DO NOT block the tunnels with them (Danger Canyon).
